SMS & Messaging Terms

These terms describe the text messaging program operated by AA Homes LLC ("we," "us"). By texting us, or by giving us your phone number and agreeing to be contacted, you agree to these terms.

Program description

AA Homes LLC sends one-on-one, conversational text messages to people who have contacted us — by phone, text, email, or our website contact form — or who have otherwise expressed interest in discussing their property. Messages are about your property inquiry: answering questions, scheduling a time to talk or visit, discussing an offer, and coordinating next steps. This is not a promotional mass-texting list.

Consent & opt-in

You opt in by contacting us first, or by submitting our website contact form and checking the consent box that authorizes AA Homes LLC to contact you by phone, text, or email about your property. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of doing business with us — you can always work with us by phone or email instead.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with us. There is no fixed schedule — we reply when you write to us and follow up as your inquiry progresses.

Fees

We never charge you for messages, but message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier depending on your plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message from us and we will stop texting you. After you reply STOP, you may receive a single message confirming that you've been opted out. You can also ask us to stop by calling 937-358-6262 or emailing aahomesforsale@gmail.com.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us directly at 937-358-6262 or aahomesforsale@gmail.com.

Carrier disclosure

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.

Privacy

Your phone number and message content are used only to communicate with you about your property. We do not sell your information, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
